3.SHIPPING &HARZARDOUS MATERIALS
Perfume Restrictions: Please note that perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as Hazardous Materials(HAZMAT). This may result in longer shipping times or restrictions on air travel/international shipping.
Delivery: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4.RETURNS &HYGIENE POLICY
Due to the nature of beauty and fragrance products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy:
Unopened Items: products may be returned within£0 days only if they are in their original, unopened and sealed packing.
Opened Items: for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds any product that has been opened, sprayed, or used, unless the product is deemed defective.
Samples: samples and Discovery sets are typically final sale.
